Great advice in the quote above but difficult to do. Our usual response to experiences of loss, betrayal, disappointment and pain is either to ignore it or hold onto it.

Processing, filtering, understanding when and why bad things happen is a sign of growth in wisdom, acceptance and peace. When we realize we are made to experience life in all things and seasons we begin to seize every moment.
