Wisdom’s Greatest Lesson
Great quote for an immediate wake up call to the present moment.
Today I was distracted by something and no matter where I was, what I was doing, my mind kept drawing me back to a persistent, nagging problem I couldn’t do anything about. There were brief snippets of time when I forgot only to remember and be pulled back again, out of the moment, into another space.
To truly exist in the now, to be mindful and thankful for each breath, to not allow the worries, expectations, anxieties to steal our lives is the most valuable lesson wisdom can teach us.
